Your payments are processed through an RBI-authorized payment partner operating under the Reserve Bank of India's Payment Aggregator - Cross Border (PA-CB) framework. Every transfer is handled by licensed, regulated payment infrastructure and settled through an AD Category-I bank, in line with RBI and FEMA requirements.
Free FIRA certificate, every time
Each payment comes with a Foreign Inward Remittance Advice (FIRA) generated automatically and free of charge. It is the proof of foreign income you need for your Income Tax Return and GST compliance - no chasing your bank, no per-certificate fees.
Export-of-services ready
FaiirPe supports the documentation freelancers need to treat their work as zero-rated export of services: correct RBI purpose codes (such as P0802 for software/IT services), GST-ready invoicing, and references for your Letter of Undertaking (LUT) where applicable.
Bank-grade data security
All data is protected with bank-grade 256-bit encryption, in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your personal or financial information, and your documents in the FIRC calculator are processed temporarily and never stored.
Transparent reviews and holds
Like any regulated payment service, some transfers - usually large or first-time payments - may need additional verification before they are released. If that happens, we will tell you exactly what is needed and aim to resolve it within one business day. We do not freeze funds without explanation, and if a payment cannot be completed it is returned to your client.
Privacy and no spam
We only contact you about your account and your payments. No marketing spam, no selling your data. You can request removal of your information at any time.
